Two firsts this week: driving a right hand drive car on the left side of the road! And it was a manual to make it that much more exciting. I managed to not crash but there were several times I turned the wipers on instead of the turn signal (they're on the opposite side here), and I tried reaching for the stick once or twice with my right hand only to encounter the door. The other new experience was getting dive bombed by a magpie bird. Apparently my helmet us a tasty target because he was coming after me, snapping his beak and all. Good thing I was able to sprint. Just a couple more days now to heal up after Sunday before we are off to the races again!
